The realtor's role goes beyond having access to a property and being able to show it. A Realtor or licensed agent must be concerned about protecting his/her clients interests always pointing out all the pro's and con's of a property. Should also be acquainted with the neighborhood and community, it's rules and regulations and with the existing financingconditions or restrictions for the particular building or subdivision, based on recent experiences with the financing institutions.
Our job must be to make sure that the transaction flows along, coordinating every detail to prevent any problem and if it occurs, find the proper solution as soon as possible, reducing the stress associated with the purchase- sale of a property. That's why the realtor must watch every milestone carefully and deal with each one of the parties that are involved in the transaction in order to make it to a successful and smooth closing.
